1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BearCrawl ("the Service"), operated by BearifiedCo ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BearCrawl is a multi-channel AI agent platform that provides personal AI assistants across messaging channels including Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, and SMS. The Service includes agent configuration, memory management, progression tiers, and optional $BEARCO token integration.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free trials last 7 days with no credit card required
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected
Crypto payments via $BEARCO or supported tokens are final once confirmed on-chain
Refunds for fiat payments are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate spam, phishing, or malicious content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
Abuse agent capabilities to harass or harm others
Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls

6. AI Agent Limitations

AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying agent outputs before acting on them. BearCrawl is not liable for decisions made based on agent responses. Agent capabilities are subject to the limitations of your subscription tier.

7. $BEARCO Token

$BEARCO is a utility token for platform features. It is not an investment product and we make no guarantees about its value. Token transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. You are responsible for managing your own wallet security.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service. We retain ownership of the BearCrawl platform, branding, and technology. You grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BearifiedCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
